Artificial Grass Cleaner from LawnClenz
" I HAVE TRIED LOTS OF CLEANERS AND DISINFECTANTS TO GET RID OF OF THE SMELL OF DOG PEE AND ALL THEY DO IS TEMPORARILY MASK THE SMELL BUT IT ALWAYS COMES BACK. WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ANY DIFFERENT?
Disinfectants and cheap cleaners are chemically incapable of dealing with the root cause of urine odour - Uric Acid Crystals. The ONLY way of eliminating these crystals is to use a high quality, specially formulated enzyme cleaner such as PeeClenz.

container of PeeClenz cover?"
50 square metres approximately.
"How often should I use PeeClenz?"
This will depend upon how many dogs/cats you have, how big they are, how often they pee on your artificial lawn and how warm it is outside. We suggest you apply the artificial grass cleaner over the whole lawn as often as required, paying particular attention to the areas most often used.
"Do I use PeeClenz neat or diluted?"
Always use diluted one part PeeClenz to ten parts water. Half a bottle (500ml) can be added to a typical watering can and topped up to 5ltrs with water. This will be sufficient for 25 sq. metres of lawn.

"WHY HASN'T One APPLICATION OF PEECLENZ REMOVED THE SMELL?"
This is probably due to the saturation level of urine over the years before you started using PeeClenz. The pet urine will have probably permeated down into the sub-base below the initial layer, therefore we would advise you do use more product and give the lawn a thorough soak, to allow permeation of the product to the lower levels. Then, for normal on-going treatments for new urine smells, following the standard recommendation is sufficient. Please bear in mind that dealing with existing historical urine saturation of the ground below the lawn, will take significantly more product and water to reach the problem.
